We are currently renting a 5 acre 4 bedroom property, but we would love the opportunity to get out of the rental market. We have a couple of children, 9 horses/ponies and 2 dogs, so we need an acreage property, preferably 100+, so that we can rotate the horses grazing as some of them are Clydesdales. Needless to say we are receiving government pensions, however we have good rental references, and are honest decent people willing to undergo any police checks ect, we are just wanting the chance to own our own home. First home owners grant would apply, and it may be possible to put down a small lump sum. Repayments to be made weekly preferably $250 or less. We are looking for genuine offers within a 2 hour radius of Sydney.
