My partner and i are currently seeking a vendor to help us purchase our dream home for the family. Saving with two kids these days isnt easy especially with the costs of buying our dream home. We are interested in a home on acerage near Maryborough Victoria and are seeking interest in anyone wishing to help us out with Vendors terms. We have excellent credit history and are a very down to earth family just striving to make our dreams come true!!!! Please e-mail any interest as we have found a property but need help

Hi,
I have a group of investors who are interested in property development.
The land should be around the Cranbourne VIC area preferably.
Size required is around 100-200 acres.
Can anyone help??

I am permanantly disabled and my husband is my full time carer, both in our late 30's early 40's. We are currently renting a 5 acre 4 bedroom property, but we would love the opportunity to get out of the rental market.
We have a couple of children, 9 horses/ponies and 2 dogs, so we need an acreage property, preferably 100+, so that we can rotate the horses grazing as some of them are Clydesdales.
Needless to say we are receiving government pensions, however we have good rental references, and are honest decent people willing to undergo any police checks ect, we are just wanting the chance to own our own home. First home owners grant would apply, and it may be possible to put down a small lump sum. Repayments to be made weekly preferably $250 or less.
